Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Voice Decoder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Mac computer, subject to these Terms.

The App, including its design, code, and assets, is protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The whisper.cpp engine is used under the MIT License.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate or that the App will be error-free. Transcription quality depends on audio quality, accent, and other factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro License.

7. System Requirements

The App requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later and an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later). We do not guarantee compatibility with other configurations.

8. Updates

Pro License includes lifetime updates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App and all copies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
